Operations Analyst, Entry Level

Join us as an Entry-Level Operations Analyst and turn operational and product data into clear insights. You’ll gather requirements, analyze business processes, and build reports while collaborating with various teams across the company.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and success metrics
• Analyze operational, customer, and product data for trends and opportunities
• Build recurring reports, dashboards, and concise decision-support materials
• Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Validate data quality and investigate unexpected results
• Track project outcomes and communicate findings to technical and business teams

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with structured data
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to organize priorities and collaborate in a remote environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-visualization software
• Experience documenting requirements or mapping business processes
• Exposure to product analytics, operations, consulting, or technology
• Previous internship, academic project, or business-analysis experience
