Responsibilities
- Manage daily margin activity across derivatives (IRS, CDS, TRS, futures), repos, and prime brokerage accounts
- Own collateral reconciliation, trade support, and process automation on a small, high-impact ops team
- Manage daily margin movements and reconcile collateral positions
- Maintain collateral systems and reference data
- Investigate and resolve breaks
- Support trade booking, settlements, and counterparty relationships
- Automate manual processes (Alteryx, Power BI, Python)
- Support regulatory reporting (UMR) and ISDA onboarding
Requirements
- Business-related degree, strong GPA
- 2+ years margin/collateral experience with derivatives exposure
- Strong Excel; intermediate Power BI, Alteryx, or Python
- Geneva, VBA, or SQL a plus
- Track record of automating manual work
- Organized, adaptable, strong communicator
Pay
$105,000 - $120,000 per year
