Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, on time billing that maximizes client revenue and builds trust in Global Payments solutions.
• Use data and variance analysis to identify issues early, resolve root causes and strengthen billing quality and consistency.
• Improve operational performance by refining billing processes, increasing efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships by guiding prebills through approval and ensuring billing cycles stay on track.
• Partner across teams to streamline workflows, resolve complex billing challenges and deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues early and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Prioritize time management, meet deadlines and perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence working with data and numbers to analyze trends and drive accurate, informed decisions.
• Clear communication skills that strengthen client relationships and enable effective cross-team collaboration.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for learning, problem-solving and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of financial statements and billing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
