1585 Healthcare is seeking a driven, curious, and versatile candidate to join us as an Operations Analyst on the Portfolio Management Team. This role is not an investment-driven role, and our ideal candidate will be heavily involved in the day-to-day business operations and decision-making of our portfolio companies. This is a strictly in-person, full-time role based in New York City. 1585 Healthcare is an owner-operator investment firm focused on streamlining and expanding businesses that improve the health and well-being of individuals. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze and manipulate large datasets to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational inefficiencies, map out solutions, and build the infrastructure to deploy them. Strategic Research & Intelligence: Conduct targeted research on markets, business models, regulations, and industry trends to synthesize complex information into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Data Management: Navigate several platforms and systems to contribute to the seamless flow of information and accurate data management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Resourceful, driven, and entrepreneurial problem-solvers with can-do attitudes Communicative and reliable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, PDF Editors, Basic AI tools Preferred / Additional Skills Excel-based data analysis (including Power Query, VBA Macros) Salesforce and CRM development Power BI and other business intelligence/analytics tools Power Automate and other RPA tools Python, SQL, etc.
