Job Description

  • Review various production worksheets such as the MPS to ensure documented information is accurate and accountable.
  • Aid in managing data entry and scheduling.
  • Manage change orders and keep the MPS up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements in areas such as training, document control, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the Production team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative coordination.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Internet skills, including use of email, group messaging, and digital data collection.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Experience in an electronics manufacturing setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to accurately follow directions and improvise in grey areas.
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
  • Experience using advanced excel functions such as IFS and IMPORT.

Compensation

$24 - $26 / hourly

Basic Requirements
