About the role
BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

Responsibilities
- Administer administrative support tasks including physical front desk presence, greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, emails, and office communications, preparing correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, retrieving, sorting, and distributing company mail.
- Support accounting tasks such as distributing accounts payable invoices, processing overhead invoices, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Manage project compliance by tracking requirements and deadlines, entering and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Support company calendar management by organizing office and field staff PTO, holidays, and other events.
- Assist with office operations and facilities support, serving as the main point of contact for office and kitchen supply needs, maintaining conference rooms, common areas, supply rooms, and breakroom spaces, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and professional.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members as assigned.
- Maintain and track field clothing inventory, coordinate biannual office staff clothing orders, assist with company events, and support additional administrative and operations initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) or more years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or equivalent software.
- A valid driver's license may be preferred.

- Annual salary ranging from $50,000 and up, depending on experience.
Secondary Responsibilities

Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Construction industry experience.
