Primary Responsibilities
- Oversight of plant-level financial reporting, including month-end close, variance analysis, and operational support for our locations.
- Analysis of production costs, inventory, and material usage to support cost control and continuous improvement.
- Partnership with plant and operations leadership to provide financial analysis and decision support.
- Support of standard costing processes, ERP systems, and related financial tools, including fixed asset accounting and inventory counts and reconciliations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with and supporting manufacturing production
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/ERP computer systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
