Operational Technology Security Engineer

About the role

The OT Security Site Lead in the Development and Manufacturing Production Engineering team oversees operational technology security within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regional OT security initiatives.
• Support core security functions such as asset management, vulnerability remediation, equipment backup and recovery, and incident management.
• Lead communication efforts and provide technical training.
• Manage security‑related projects.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure operations.
• Achieve equipment visibility targets and develop remediation plans.
• Support incident response activities.
• Contribute to the development of OT security tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience with machine control networks/ICS.
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity fundamentals and industrial cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen in a technical environment.
