Overview Of The OT Security Site Lead Role The OT Security Site Lead is responsible for managing operational technology security within a manufacturing environment. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regional security initiatives, support asset management, vulnerability remediation, equipment backup and recovery, and incident response. The role involves acting as the site representative, leading communication, technical support, training, and project activities. Key duties include maintaining equipment visibility, leading vulnerability mitigation, ensuring backup targets, and contributing to security tool development. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with at least 2 years of experience in industrial control systems and cybersecurity fundamentals. Strong communication skills and business acumen in technical environments are essential. The position offers flexible work hours, regional travel, and may require occasional weekend or holiday work.
