Operational Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule (includes digital mail procedures)
  • Accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person
  • Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens
  • Inspecting and ensuring that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for continual use
  • Distribution of client kitchen supplies
  • Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • Upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies
  • Delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance
  • Learning records management and reporting tools

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field
  • Ability to communicate using a 2-way radio or similar device for internal department communications
  • Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself when engaging with firm administrators and/or end users in scheduling or providing facility support services
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Able to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Able to grasp, lift or carry items on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period

Pay

The Compensation range for this role is up to $20.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
