Operational Resilience Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an Operational Resilience Specialist to join a government consulting company located in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities of the Operational Resilience Specialist include: Provide senior-level continuity and emergency management support for an Intelligence Community client Support the maintenance of business continuity and operational resilience programs Manage personnel accountability programs and mass alert notification systems Develop and maintain casualty and emergency notification processes while monitoring and analyzing response metrics Qualifications for the Operational Resilience Specialist include: 5+ years of business continuity and emergency management experience within the Intelligence Community Experience with federal continuity directives including FCD-1, FCD-2, DoDI 3001.02, and government continuity plans Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree ABCP or CBCP certification preferred Compensation for the Operational Resilience Specialist includes: Rate Range: $70,000-$158,000 annually, depending on experience This job is open for applications on October 15, 2026.
