Operational Fellowship for Transitioning Veterans

Program Highlights

• Duration: 12 weeks (full-time)
• Eligibility: Active-duty military personnel within 180 days of separation or recently transitioned veterans
• Location: Various ImageFIRST locations nationwide

What You’ll Experience

• Lead Daily Operations
• Take an active role in managing plant floor activities, route logistics, and service delivery within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Drive Process Improvements
• Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Engage with Customers
• Participate in customer visits and service reviews to understand the impact of operational excellence and build client relationship skills.
• Manage Teams
• Apply your leadership skills by working directly with production associates, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily goals and foster a culture of accountability.
• Analyze and Act
• Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions, track progress, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executives
• Work alongside General Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and other senior leaders who are committed to your development and success.
