About the Role

The Operational Excellence Specialist drives accountability, process adherence, and consistent execution across Divcon’s project management organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this role serves as a liaison between the SVP, Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and key cross-functional partners supporting Divcon’s data center project portfolio.
