The Operational Excellence Senior Manager will lead the deployment of PMI's continuous improvement methodology to enhance organizational capabilities, improve operational performance, and drive innovation through greater reliability and agility. Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Strategy Lead deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices across the siteDrive alignment with PMI, regional, and cluster strategies to deliver sustainable business resultsDevelop and execute the affiliate's operational excellence roadmap while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Lean Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation and integrated operating system deploymentDrive supply chain and digital transformation initiativesEnsure accountability for loss elimination programs and continuous improvement sustainability Quality, Safety & Sustainability Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirementsPromote a safety-first culture through leadership, coaching, and employee engagementChampion OPEN+, continuous improvement tools, and sustainability initiatives People & Communication Build org capability through coaching, training, and talent developmentSupport succession planning and change management initiativesDevelop internal communication strategies that align employees with company objectives, values, and behaviors Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.8+ years experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Product Development, or related functions.3+ years of people leadership experience.Change management experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, integrated operating systems, supply chain processes, and quality systems.Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.Legally authorized to work in the United States.
