Operational Excellence Consultant (Higher Education Transformation)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments and identify improvement opportunities
• Design shared services and operating models
• Drive technology-enabled transformation leveraging automation and AI
• Develop implementation roadmaps and KPI frameworks
• Partner with stakeholders to support change management and organizational readiness

Required Experience

• Enterprise transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Shared services design and implementation
• Finance, Research Administration, and/or IT operations expertise
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
