Consultant (Operational Excellence)

Responsibilities

• Manage various operations or engineering projects
• Implementation of Lean methodologies
• Facilitate team decision-making meetings
• Lead client workshops
• Help senior staff with the development of executive leadership presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
• Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Preferred qualifications

• Proven Leadership experience with small teams
• Experience in project management or lean implementation
• Experience working in a Regulated environment

Schedule

Emendo Inc. is based in Raleigh, NC, but serves clients throughout the USA. Therefore, travel can be expected occasionally depending on the needs of the client.
