Operational Excellence Associate - VIE Contract
About the role
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Applications submitted in French will not be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
Main Responsibilities
- Support teams in Kaizen and continuous improvement exercises.
- Support Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other operational excellence activities.
- Compile, analyze and format data for routine use in decision making and performance management.
- Build databases and digital tools to support operational excellence.
- Support supply chain robustness and continuous improvement activities.
- Review and analyze technical drawings and procedures.
- Investigate material and equipment failures.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Experience
- 1-2 years in a similar role would be a plus.
Soft And Technical Skills
- Ability to read, write and hold sensitive conversations in English.
- Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment.
- Enjoy hands-on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) / engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical) or Operational Excellence.
Languages
Fluent English (written and verbal).
