Operation Manager – Contracts & Compliance

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of commercial and government contracts (including CPFF, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contract types) from inception through closeout.
• Independently review, draft, negotiate, and execute standard corporate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements.
• Act as the primary, authoritative point of contact between Solvus Global and our Prime partners, as well as coordinating complex matters with our partner law firms.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of internal human resources paperwork and administrative compliance structures to proactively identify and eliminate structural loopholes (tactical onboarding execution and signature acquisition are managed by a dedicated HR Specialist).
• Provide flexible, proactive assistance across other operational departments during peak periods or special projects, contributing to an agile "all-hands-on-deck" team ecosystem.

Required Attributes & Skills

• Legal Framework Foundation: 2+ years of direct experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or contracts specialist role, with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory language.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A natural inclination toward meticulous proofreading, compliance auditing, and identifying subtle loopholes or discrepancies in technical documents.
• Cross-Disciplinary Flexibility: A proactive, collaborative attitude with a genuine willingness and ability to step outside the primary scope of legal work to support other operational fields whenever an extra hand is required.
