Operation Assistant - Full-Time

Role Overview Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products. Coordinate shipment pick-ups by contacting delivery drivers and scheduling. Communicate effectively with various departments and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Encourage safe work practices among team members. Conduct daily cycle counts, follow up on variances, and prepare weekly report updates. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required, as training is provided. Moderate computer skills for report data collection. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to follow supervision.
