Operating Room Scheduling Manager

Job Summary

The Manager of Centralized OR Scheduling is responsible for leading centralized scheduling operations for assigned divisions while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field required.
• RN or clinical background in perioperative services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical services or healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification may be beneficial.
