About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, compassionate patient care to promote positive outcomes. Working under general supervision, the RN coordinates care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and conditions to ensure proper care.
• Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
• Administering medications and treatments effectively.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in medical records.
• Evaluating patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborating with the care team for effective planning.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
