Operating Room RN

Role: Provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care in various operating rooms and surgical services, including pediatric and eye surgery units. Responsibilities: Deliver safe, patient-centered care; collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; assist with tests, procedures, and emergency measures; administer medications; maintain accurate medical records; participate in orientation and training; promote patient safety; and serve as a clinical role model. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license in the state; BLS certification; IV verification within 6 months; strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
