Operating Room Registered Nurse Part Time
North Campus Surgery Center is hiring a Part-Time RN Circulator in the Operating Room at our state-of-the-art healthcare facility.
About the role
The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, including positioning and prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will focus on excellent customer service, multi-tasking, flexibility in assignments, scrupulous infection control standards, professional competencies, and teamwork within an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
This position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during surgery cases
- Position and prep patients for surgery
- Maintain scrupulous infection control standards
- Collaborate as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state
- 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
