Operating Room Registered Nurse

Operating Room RN provides safe, compassionate perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key responsibilities include: Assess patients preoperatively and prepare them for surgery.Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures.Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical experience.Manage surgical instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.Advocate for patients, addressing needs and concerns during the perioperative process.Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the care team. Qualifications/Skills include strong clinical perioperative judgment, teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail, adherence to evidence-based practice, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
