Operating Room Registered Nurse

Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. Circulate and/or scrub for various surgical procedures while maintaining strict infection prevention and safety standards. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support patient and family education, accurate documentation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Experienced in perioperative nursing with strong knowledge of surgical protocols and infection control. Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and uphold safety standards.
