Operating Room Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care from preoperative assessment and preparation to intraoperative safety and monitoring.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and postoperative care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure patient safety.
• Accurately document care and collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in PRN scheduling, including on-call shifts during select non-business hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and protocols.
• Excellent patient education and communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
