Operating Room Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care for diverse surgical patients.
• Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Closely monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and well-being.
• Accurately document care in the EMR system.
• Support patient and family education related to perioperative processes.
• Participate in quality, safety, and continuing education initiatives within a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in perioperative and surgical nursing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with medical staff and patients.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and sterile procedures.
