Operating Room Nurse - Earn As You Learn Program

Seeking Nursing Students for an Operating Room RN Residency & Earn as You Learn Program designed to provide hands-on surgical training and paid practicum experience. Participants will work alongside experienced nurses, gaining comprehensive skills across various service lines, including general, gynecology, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, and more. The program includes classroom, online modules, and clinical practice, culminating in a 5-month residency followed by a mentorship phase. Qualified candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited school, possess a Missouri RN license, and be BLS certified.
