Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide which sections to include.
Potential sections:
- About the role (purpose and scope) - includes purpose and scope paragraph, maybe location, clinic hours.
- Responsibilities - principal duties and responsibilities list.
- Requirements - maybe education and licensure, experience and required skills, supervision requirements? Could combine.
- Qualifications - maybe education/licensure? But we already have Requirements; maybe we can have Qualifications for education/licensure, Skills for required skills, Experience for experience? But we need to avoid many thin sections. Prefer few substantive sections.
We could have:
- About the role (purpose, location, hours)
- Responsibilities (list of duties)
- Qualifications (education, licensure, experience, skills)
- Benefits (CAP program, on-the-job training)
- Schedule (shifts, hours, weekend, on-call)
We should not include Pay.
We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract.

About the role: Could include purpose and scope paragraph, location, clinic hours.
Responsibilities: list of principal duties.
Qualifications: education and licensure, experience and required skills, supervision requirements? Might be better to have Requirements section for supervision, education, licensure, experience, skills. But we need to avoid thin sections.
Maybe we have:
- About the role (purpose, location, hours)
- Responsibilities (duties)
- Requirements (education, licensure, experience, skills, supervision)
- Benefits (CAP program, on-the-job training)
- Schedule (shifts, hours, weekend, on-call)
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now we need to format.
Use
for each section heading.
Inside sections, use
for prose,
- for lists.
For About the role: we can have a
containing purpose and scope paragraph, plus maybe location and hours as separate sentences.
We could combine location and hours in same paragraph.
Responsibilities: we need to list duties as
- . The duties are many sentences; we can break each duty into a list item.
Requirements: we need to list education, licensure, supervision requirements, experience, skills. Could be a list.
Benefits: list: Comprehensive on-the-job training, Career Advancement Program (CAP) to advance nephrology career from novice to expert.
Schedule: list: 10-12 hour shifts, Clinic Hours of Operation: MWF 5am-5pm, TTS 5am-5pm, No on-call, Every other Saturday required, Sundays off.
We need to preserve all substantive info: also mention "Clinic Location: 1711 S Stephenson Ave, Suite 130 Iron Mountain, MI 49801". Include that.
Also mention "Physical demands and working conditions" maybe could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's substantive; we should include somewhere. Could be part of About the role as additional paragraph, or maybe a separate section "Working Conditions". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a section "Working Conditions" if not in list? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exhaustive? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should fit physical demands into one of those sections, maybe About the role or Responsibilities. Probably About the role includes working conditions.
We also have "SUPERVISION:" details; could go under Requirements.
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace" maybe that's a policy statement; could be part of Requirements? It's substantive but maybe not needed? It's a statement about workplace policy; we could include under Requirements as a note.
But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that statement somewhere.
Also "EOE, disability/veterans" is boilerplate to remove.
Now let's craft.
We'll produce:
