About the role

Join a healthcare team as a Clinical Unit Coordinator-Clinical, responsible for performing all aspects of the nursing process on an assigned unit. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Director, assist in planning, monitoring, and improving unit operations to achieve quality, service, and positive patient outcomes. The role includes OR charge nurse duties and flexibility to be assigned to cases as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• BSN degree.
• BLS certification.
• Annual stroke education.
• Preferred specialty certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and professional behavior.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness.
• Flexibility to work alternating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
