About the role
Join us as a Clinical Unit Coordinator-Clinical, responsible for performing all aspects of the nursing process and supporting unit operations to ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes. This role includes acting as an OR charge nurse when assigned and assisting with case coverage as needed.
Responsibilities
- Recognize, interpret, document, and demonstrate clinical skills suited to the patient population.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving unit operations under the guidance of Nurse Management.
- Perform OR charge nurse duties and support case coverage.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active Pennsylvania RN License.
- BSN degree and BLS certification required; specialty certification preferred.
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness and annual stroke education.
- Demonstrated leadership, professional behavior, and accountability.
- Flexible with alternating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with on-call responsibilities.
