Operating Room Nurse

About the role

Provide nursing care during surgical procedures in an ambulatory surgery center, including positioning, prepping, and circulating patients across specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology. Ensure patient safety and support surgical teams with procedural needs.

Responsibilities

• Position, prep, and circulate patients during surgeries across multiple specialties
• Ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
• Support surgical teams with procedural needs

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator in surgical settings
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required
• Ability to exercise nursing judgment and decision-making skills

Schedule

4x10 work schedule with no weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call duties.
