Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality perioperative care to patients
- Preparing patients and OR suites for surgical procedures
- Supporting surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgeries
- Monitoring patients closely throughout procedures
- Upholding safety and infection control standards
- Documenting care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Educating patients and families on surgical processes and recovery
Qualifications
- Relevant nursing licensure and perioperative care experience
- Strong knowledge of safety, infection control, and documentation protocols
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
