Operating Room Circulator - Registered Nurse - Full Time

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN to oversee and coordinate patient care in surgical settings. Key Responsibilities Include Managing patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.Serving as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative process.Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members.Completing accurate documentation and utilizing safety tools.Monitoring patient status and responding to changing conditions.Participating in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.Delegating and supervising care activities, fostering teamwork and safety culture. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in applicable state(s).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS may be required.Preferred experience in perioperative or OR nursing, with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
