Operating Partner

Job Responsibilities

• Successfully complete our on-site training program.
• Engage with team members and interact with customers.
• Work to increase customer satisfaction.
• Increase bottom line revenue through the proper oversight and management of resources.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of car wash equipment, mechanical systems, and preventative maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support efficient site operations.
• Follow all preventative maintenance procedures and maintain proper inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
• Oversee all employees and create a self-sufficient site.
• Meet or exceed Big Dan’s standards and work to create a pipeline of future Operating Partners.
• Variety of administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field. Applicants without a degree will be considered based on previous experience.
• Must be clean cut and neat in appearance.
• Be enthusiastic and friendly.
• Must enjoy working with people.
• Treat customers and employees with respect.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solver.
• Willing to lead by example.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Like to learn new skills in areas of customer service, safety, mechanical, and computers.
• Master all aspects of running a best-in-class car wash.
• Complete certifications at Car Wash College (paid for by Big Dan’s).
• Live within 30 minutes of the wash.

Pay

Base: $75,000.
Bonus based on site performance.

Schedule

Big Dan’s covers 100% of the tier 1 employee only health plan and/or allocates that amount toward an employee/spouse, employee/child(ren), and/or family plan.
