About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Preparing job offers and coordinating with HR for final approvals
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful onboarding of new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
