About the role

Responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments
  • Preparing job offers and coordinating with HR for final approvals
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful onboarding of new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
