About the role

Slalom Technologists are disrupting the market and bringing to life the art of the possible for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data & AI industry leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, to drive impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Data & AI partner sales and revenue growth across specific industries and regions.
  • Create and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets.
  • Create and execute joint account strategies with partners, including playbooks for effective account planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Data & AI industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams.
  • Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies.
  • Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition, incorporating OpenAI elements, and develop industry-specific content.
  • Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and OpenAI dedicated sellers.
  • Serve as the key interface for navigating Data & AI partnerships, including their organization & partner programs.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking with a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships.
  • Prior experience working with OpenAI or Anthropic in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Pay

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

  • Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland, and Salt Lake City:
    • Senior Manager: $123,000 - $179,000
    • Director: $146,000 - $212,000
  • Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Orange County, San Diego, and Seattle:
    • Senior Manager: $134,000 - $195,000
    • Director: $159,000 - $231,000
  • San Francisco:
    • Senior Manager: $146,000 - $212,000
    • Director: $174,000 - $252,000
