About the role
The City & Neighbourhood Services Department is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Full-time member of staff in the Neighbourhood Services department. The position offers an annual salary range of £25,989 - £27,254.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain community assets and facilities
- Coordinate neighbourhood events and initiatives
- Respond to resident inquiries and complaints
- Assist with planning and implementing neighbourhood improvement projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in community services or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local government procedures and policies
Qualifications
- GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
- First Aid qualification
