We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting is about a virtual summit, not a job. We need to extract relevant info: description, qualifications, maybe "What to Expect" as responsibilities? There's no pay, schedule, benefits specifics. There's mention of "competitive benefits and wellness offerings" but not specific. Should we include Benefits? The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive benefits and wellness offerings" - that's a statement but not specific details. Might be considered vague; better to omit Benefits if no concrete details. Similarly Pay and Schedule not present. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe description), Qualifications, What to Expect (could be Responsibilities). Also maybe "Employee Resource Group Partners" could be a section? Not in list of allowed headings; we must use only those headings. So we need to map content to allowed headings. Could use "About the role" for overview of summit. "Qualifications" for eligibility. "Responsibilities" maybe for what participants will do (What to Expect). "Skills" maybe for skills-building activities. Could include "Skills" heading for skills-building activities. Let's see. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. So we must include details: summit is virtual 2-day interactive experience Jan 13 & 14, partnership with ERGs, immerse students in culture, potential careers in Banking and Markets. Topics: net-zero commitment, sustainability, inclusion and belonging, continued learning, establishing BNP as good place to work via ERG engagement, mentorship, competitive benefits and wellness offerings. Qualifications: current undergraduate sophomore-level students with Winter 2028 - Spring 2029 graduation date eligible; all majors encouraged; GPA 3.3 or higher preferred. Employee Resource Group Partners list with descriptions. What to Expect: fireside chats, panels, open conversations, small group sessions, skills-building activities, dedicated recruiting office hours, networking, possible interview for 2028 Summer Analyst internship. Opportunities to Join the BNP Paribas Community: get sneak peek into internship opportunities for Global Banking and Global Markets descriptions. About BNP Paribas: description of bank, presence, commitment, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud warnings, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). There's no job title given; but we can ignore. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. Thus we will produce sections:

About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing overview.

Qualifications

with list maybe bullet points.

Responsibilities

maybe for what participants will do (What to Expect).

Skills

maybe for skills-building activities. Could also include

Benefits

if we have specific benefits; we have "competitive benefits and wellness offerings" but not specific; maybe we can include a brief paragraph under Benefits? The rule says never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive benefits and wellness offerings". That's a statement about benefits, albeit vague. Might be acceptable to include Benefits section with that statement. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Benefits would be thin. Might be better to omit Benefits. Similarly Pay and Schedule not present. Thus we will have About the role, Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose details like dates, ERG descriptions, etc. We can embed those details in paragraphs or lists under appropriate sections. We need to decide where to put ERG partner descriptions. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not allowed heading. Could include under About the role as part of overview. Similarly "Opportunities to Join the BNP Paribas Community" and descriptions of Global Banking and Global Markets could be under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role. "About BNP Paribas" description could be under About the role as well. Thus About the role will be long but okay. Qualifications: list eligibility criteria. Responsibilities: what participants will do: fireside chats, panels, open conversations, small group sessions, skills-building activities, recruiting office hours, networking, possible interview. Skills: skills-building activities to build resume and expand professional knowledge and skillsets. We could also include "What to Expect" as Responsibilities. Let's craft. HTML:

About the role

The BNP Paribas Open Sophomore Opportunity Summit is a virtual 2‑day interactive experience taking place on January 13th and January 14th, created in partnership with the company’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). It immerses sophomore‑level students in BNP Paribas’ culture and highlights potential careers in the Banking and Markets business units. Participants will explore the bank’s net‑zero commitment and sustainability initiatives, learn about inclusion and belonging efforts led by the ERGs, discover continued learning and development opportunities, and see how ERG engagement, mentorship, and competitive benefits and wellness offerings help establish BNP Paribas as a great place to work, learn and grow.

The summit is hosted with the following ERG partners:

  • MixCity USA – Gender Diversity ERG focused on driving gender equity, empowering women (including non‑binary, transgender, cisgender and all who identify as women).
  • ABILITY ERG – Network for employees with disabilities or allies, focusing on physical and mental health challenges and supporting career development through initiatives such as an annual Mentoring and Networking Day for local college students.
  • Asian ERG – Champions DEI, celebrates multi‑cultural heritage, promotes awareness of AAPI community challenges via cultural traditions, talent recognition, knowledge exchange, networking and advocacy.
  • Interfaith ERG – Forum for spiritual‑faith diversity, examining business, economic, social and environmental topics through various faith lenses while building a professional network.
  • Military ERG – Supports veterans and non‑veterans with philanthropic efforts for homeless or wounded veterans and assists service members transitioning to civilian and corporate life.
  • PRIDE ERG – Fosters a welcoming workplace for LGBTQ+ community, supports members, facilitates connections, promotes inclusiveness, equality and solidarity, and provides resources and support.
  • REACH ERG – Inclusive, community‑based group for all employees focusing on career‑path topics to help junior staff grow, fostering cross‑business‑line connections and professional development.
  • BOLD ERG – Supports employees representing the Black diaspora, emphasizing professional development, cultural and social engagement, and allyship to build a strong, sustainable employee base.

Attendees can expect fireside chats and panels with current analysts, former interns, senior leaders and ERG members; open conversations and small‑group sessions with business leaders sharing how they support BNP Paribas’s mission and values; skills‑building activities to enhance resumes and professional knowledge; dedicated recruiting office hours with the Campus Recruiting team and hiring managers; and networking opportunities. Following the virtual program, participants may be invited to interview for the 2028 Summer Analyst internship. The summit also provides a sneak peek into internship opportunities in Global Banking (traditional banking arm offering financing, cash management and financial advisory services) and Global Markets (sales and trading arm delivering market‑leading solutions across asset classes, research and market intelligence).

We need to ensure no extra sections like Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Also ensure no boilerplate like EEO, fraud warnings removed. We removed them. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading (none). Good. We used

for each section heading. Used
  • for lists. Used

for prose. We preserved all substantive information: dates, ERG descriptions, qualifications, responsibilities, skills, about BNP Paribas, internship sneak peek. We omitted the "Competitive benefits and wellness offerings" mention? We included it in About the role paragraph: "competitive benefits and wellness offerings". Good. We omitted the "Protect yourself from fraudulent job postings" etc. We omitted the "BNP Paribas. The Bank for a Changing World - https://..." link? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the link is substantive? It's a URL. Might be considered substantive. Should we keep it? The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is part of the posting. Should we include it? It's a URL to the BNP Paribas careers page. It's substantive. We should include it. Where? Could be in About the role paragraph as a link. Use tag? The instruction didn't forbid anchors. It's HTML fragment, we can include . Probably okay. We should include the link: "BNP Paribas. The Bank for a Changing World - https://usa.bnpparibas/en/homepage/join-us/our-opportunities/". We'll embed as a link. Also we included the statement about BNP Paribas commitment to diversity etc. That's part of About BNP Paribas paragraph. We also included the "We are a company with a purpose - to be a responsible and sustainable global leader." etc. We need to ensure we didn't miss any details: The "Get a sneak peek into our internship opportunities for these business groups: Global Banking: BNP’s traditional Banking arm, providing sophisticated and diversified expertise across a variety of sectors in Financing, Cash Management and Financial Advisory Services for our clients. Global Markets: BNP’s traditional sales and trading arm, delivering market-leading solutions - from hedging and financing opportunities across every asset class, to research and market intelligence." We included that. We also included "Opportunities to Join
