About the Role
This position is open rank faculty in the Department of Surgery, Business Office. The successful candidate will contribute to the department's operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage departmental financial and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Surgery or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in academic medicine and strong leadership skills.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
