Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical practice aligned with the mission of UMMC
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Participate in research activities
• Provide leadership within the department

Requirements

• M.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Hematology/Oncology
• Current medical license in the state of Mississippi

Qualifications

• Experience in academic medicine
• Strong teaching skills
• Research experience preferred
