Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with curriculum governance and regulatory processes
- Ensure timely submission of academic milestone forms for students
- Collaborate on strategic plans for program enrollment growth
- Recruit and correspond with qualified students from diverse backgrounds
- Evaluate graduate and transfer applicants for admission
- Monitor student academic standing and provide program-specific advising
- Initiate and maintain relationships to inform program development and outreach
Qualifications
- Terminal degree in Nursing, Education, or related field by appointment start date
- Evidence of established research and scholarship with a record of teaching excellence
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting faculty, staff, and student environments
- Licensure in North Carolina required
- Eligibility for RN licensure in Massachusetts
