Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in business operations for Principal Professional Level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution for Program Manager Level.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in business operations for Program Manager Level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of administrative experience in healthcare or university setting.
  • Experience creating, obtaining approval and monitoring budgets.
  • Experience managing operations for a university division.
  • Experience providing administrative and technical assistance to faculty and staff within a higher education and/or medical education environment.
  • Experience with university systems (e.g. Concur, Archibus, Webspace, HCM).
