Open Rank: Assistant, Associate Professor – Clinical Scientist

Duties

• Develop a research program within the Department of Dermatology.
• See patients in the robust clinical practice, working with outstanding physician/educators and physician/scientists, and mid-level providers.
• Dedicate 50-75% effort to research, performing it on the Anschutz Medical Campus.
• Perform 25-50% clinical duties, including 2-4 weekly clinics or equivalent inpatient consult coverage time.
• Be involved in academic activities, including supervising trainees in research and clinical supervision of trainees including medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees to further the mission of the department and institution, as needed.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD, MD, or DO degree.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology.
• Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
• 0-4 years of experience for Assistant Professor.
• 4-7 years of experience for Associate Professor.
