Responsibilities
- Communicates and resolves Quality-related issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by performing 1st part and final inspections as necessary.
- Supports the Quality and Manufacturing functions by educating employees on quality systems, quality metrics, and customer engineering.
- Follows the Quality Management System-designated work instructions and procedures to ensure a quality product is manufactured.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience in a Quality Assurance role with product acceptance authority.
- Must possess experience using different precision measurement instruments.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and deal with internal customers.
- Has the capability to troubleshoot complex and questionable inspections by asking the right questions to get to the root cause of the problem.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and shifting time requirements.
- Able to effectively communicate in small and large group environments.
- Able to pass an eye exam.
