About the role

Hermès is seeking a skilled watchmaker to join their team in revisiting the iconic 1991 Cape Cod watch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in watchmaking and a passion for precision craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restoration and maintenance of Hermès watches
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure the aesthetic integrity of the Cape Cod watch
• Train and mentor junior watchmakers
• Contribute to the development of new watchmaking techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in watchmaking or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in watchmaking
• Proficiency in Swiss watchmaking techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
