Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding service to our clients.
- Manage call resolve issues in accordance with customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA) to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Use electromechanical skills to repair devices.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
- Provide appropriate communication, support, and interface to on-site client base regarding equipment status and availability.
- Engage the support of other Xerox personnel as required.
- Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge of equipment functionality.
Requirements
- Electromechanical experience, including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics.
- Past roles with electromechanical experience, such as HVAC/Cable Internet technician, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, Repair, or Military/Veteran experience.
- Superior time management skills and reliability; "10 minutes early is on time, and on time is late."
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is included in the background check.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday.
- Commitment to safety, especially around electrical components.

- Successfully navigate new hire training and complete technical training courses.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company and customer service culture.
- Understand call load, territory alignment, and client satisfaction expectations.
- Gain thorough knowledge of equipment and inventory needs to support your territory.
- Actively and correctly complete service calls independently.
