Onsite Service Engineer - NY 1

About the role

Your mission as the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies. You will report into the Site Manager. This position is onsite, supporting our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Serve as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (prefer an AS degree; full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
• Experience: 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum; ideally with customer‑facing experience.
