Onsite Senior IT Systems Administrator (Seattle, WA)

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system issues.
• Handle printer issues.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications.
• Tackle line-of-business application issues.
• Support advanced server issues.
• Deal with basic and intermediate networking issues.
• Act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.

Job Qualifications

• Full-time on-site position, either at the company office or client locations.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation starts at $43.36/hr up to $50.23/hr and varies by experience and location.
