Role Scope

• Schedule the site in P6: build it with the field, update it from the field, and keep it honest.
• Run weekly lookaheads with superintendents and GCs so the three-week plan matches what crews actually do.
• Analyze float, logic, and progress to flag slips weeks before they show up in a milestone.
• Tie the schedule to commissioning sequences so system turnover dates drive construction priorities.
